I believe he was mutually respected by the musicians of the Seattle Symphony, and his audiences seemed to thoroughly enjoy his upbeat enthusiasm. I am definitely looking forward to working with him again, this time on "Amadeus Live" next season!
“One of the most compelling musical storytellers of our generation, as well as the safest pair of hands with any orchestra and unsurpassable for any live orchestra to film production…”
And finally to Jeffrey Schindler, who with his talent and charisma led the orchestra excellently. He motivated the people, shouting and cheering them on during the presentation, during the film. It was really something amazing.
The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra was brilliantly conducted by Jeffrey Schindler...it was an unforgettable experience.
Jeffrey Schindler conducted this concert with wonderful flair...Schindler was the perfect host for the evening, engaging the audience from the start and ensuring that there were enthusiastic responses throughout.
With incredible professionalism, knowledge of the score, command of the craft of conducting and yes, a killer sense of humor, Maestro Schindler helps bring these movie scores alive in new and exciting ways for audiences of all ages. He is a veritable scholar of the music of American cinema, and I look forward to his continued contributions in our industry for years to come.
Schindler and the Kansas City Symphony put on a performance as emotive as it was precise.
“Schindler is one of the most prominent conductors in not only the field of live film orchestra performances, but also in motion picture score recordings.”
Jeffrey Schindler is a very respectful and knowledgeable conductor. The audience adores him! He always speaks to them before the movie begins and gets them very excited for the experience of a movie with live music. He has a terrific attitude towards the movies and I would recommend him to other orchestras for this kind of engagement.
“It’s difficult to imagine a superior interpretation to that of Ana Guijarro and the London Symphony, conducted by Jeffrey Schindler."
“The first ever performance [in Tasmania] of Igor Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring was something those present are unlikely to forget...Under the inspired direction of conductor Jeffrey Schindler the orchestra performed with enormous cohesion, virtuosity and a raw energy that was almost overwhelming.”
“These are opulent renditions of three compositions by Alfonso Romero, with a vibrant orchestra, a veteran conductor, and a cream-of-the-crop spanish pianist...Romero’s pieces offer an entirely different sort of beauty and the interpretation of [Ana Guijarro and conductor Jeffrey Schindler with the London Symphony Orchestra] is nothing short of ideal. This is a sensational disk.”
